1. Booking Cancellations

Customers may cancel their bookings subject to the following terms:

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled travel time are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the travel time may be subject to a partial refund or no refund, depending on the situation and operational costs already incurred.

2. Refund Process

If eligible, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment. Delays may occur based on your bank or payment provider.

  • Reason for Cancellation

3. No-Show Policy

If the customer fails to appear at the pickup location without prior notice, no refund will be issued.


4. Service Disruption or Cancellation by Us

In rare cases where CS Travels Tirupati has to cancel a service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., vehicle breakdown, natural calamities):

  • Customers will be offered an alternative travel arrangement or a full refund without any deductions.

5. Modification of Bookings

Booking modifications (change of date, time, or destination) are subject to availability and must be requested at least 12 hours in advance. Charges may apply based on the nature of the changes.
